This We Defend is seeking a motivated, seasoned fundraiser to join our team. This role is truly a rainmaker role to bring qualified potential donors to our team so that we can work together as a team to secure the donations. We do not expect the rainmaker to carry a donor from start to finish on their own.
In this role, the fundraiser will use expert communication skills and a keen sense of initiative to spot fundraising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, professional, and organized and have a knack for research. We’re looking for someone who believes in the mission of This We Defend and has exceptional drive for furthering our fundraising efforts as well as strategizing and delivering on new ones.
This role is accompanied by a generous compensation package which is 100% driven by results.
