After years of military service, Darron has returned home to his young family. As a veteran, he has thrived on structure, teamwork, and having a mission. But civilian life is a different kind of challenge. The routines are gone, the camaraderie is missing, and the mission isn’t always clear. 

Darron wants to be the best husband and father he can be, but he’s searching for a way to channel his skills and find meaning. 

In our last post, Darren ran into the wall that most small business owners hit.

Their businesses failed because the people who covered for them didn’t have their passion, their investment, their knowledge to keep things going. They returned to failed businesses or businesses on life support. 

But not Darron. 

His business partners at VBA have his six. They know his business. They know his family. They know his customers. They know his employees. How?
